These go for my designs and commissions

Art and commission tos

Payment must be received in full before I start the commission, I take kofi and PayPal.
Payment plans are allowed for commissions larger then 50$cad only, and the time it will take will be discussed, if you don’t have any communication with me then I will assume you are uninterested.
Sketch will be sent as well as progress to make sure you are apply with it, if you aren’t happy with the final project that isn’t on me as I will send updates to make sure you’re happy with it.
You are free to use it as a pfp but you must credit me.
My water mark must remain on the drawing and credit given.

Adopt and design sale tos

I’d prefer you have a toyhouse to own my design.
I have toyhouse codes if you don’t have an account so feel free to ask for one if you don’t have an account.
You make alter the design but it must stay recognizable and credit must still be given to me for the original design.
If you win one of my designs in a raffle and put it up for sale, trade etc right after you will be put on my blacklist, if you don’t want the design or only want it to get another don’t bother joining my raffle, it is extremely disrespectful.
Raffle designs cannot be sold, traded etc without added art preferably as they are free and don’t have a worth until art is added.
You can resale/trade my designs but to sell it for higher worth art must be added, if you get my design and art hasnt been added you cannot sell for a higher price.
Id prefer you don’t hide my design on toyhouse from me, I like to keep track of them.
I do not condone any feral nsfw being made of my designs, I reserve the right to revoke the design from you if you make feral nsfw art of them. Anthro is fine, feral is not.
If you break my rules you will be blacklisted and if I see fit, the design will be revoked.
